Our advantage as a family business is that, in addition to the family working atmosphere, there is a close bond and a high level of trust between our employees and the bosses. This creates a sense of belonging and cohesion and has a positive effect on our working atmosphere. In addition, our team is always in close contact, which facilitates quick decisions and gives us great agility and flexibility. <\/p>

Hubert, son of company founder Georg R\u00f6ssle, and Renate R\u00f6ssle are the second generation to run R\u00f6ssle AG. In addition, the future is already in the starting blocks: with sons Leonhard and Georg, the third generation has already joined the company. <\/p>

In addition to the R\u00f6ssle family, our team currently consists of eight other employees and two trainees. We are particularly proud of the “hand-in-hand” mentality in our team. Of course, each employee has their own areas of responsibility, but if support is needed, everyone helps everyone else. Together with our apprentice Christoph, Samuel takes care of orders, the online store and shipping. Samuel is a trained e-commerce merchant and keeps the online store up to date and helps with shipping at peak times. Christoph is in his second year of training as an industrial clerk. Together with Hubert, he has an overview of the orders and always checks that everything is sent to our customers as quickly as possible. <\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Rouven and Jaswant are our Team Stein. Even if they don’t have anything directly to do with our pond area, they are indispensable. Rouven knows every natural stone on the company premises personally and keeps on top of things even in the stressful summer. Jaswant is the oldest member of the team. He has been in charge of the forklifts for over 30 years and helps with all large orders with his precise driving style and calm charisma. <\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Maxim assembles every single vacuum cleaner in our assembly department. With precision and skill, he is responsible for the consistent quality of our products so that our customers remain satisfied for years to come. Stefan is our all-round weapon. He takes care of the pre-assembly and helps with anything that requires a lot of strength. If something does break, Bernhard and Leonhard are there to help. They know the vacuum cleaners by heart and are quick to give advice on minor defects by phone or e-mail. If there is a major defect, they take care of the repair as quickly as possible.
